Jack, a Lab mix, black with several white patches on head, chest and.paws and a broken tail, disappeared on 7-27-15 from Porter Springs Road.   His home is on Seaboalt Stancil Rd in Dahlonega, GA.  He does have a microchip. Elbouse@windstream.net
